FastStart at the UC Riverside School of Medicine

FastStart is a five-week, intensive program that provides about 24 first-year UC Riverside students with the knowledge and skills needed to have a successful start in their college education. Offered exclusively to incoming first-year UCR students from disadvantaged backgrounds who aspire towards a medical or science-based career, the program consists of classes, workshops and activities that provide students with the foundation that will help them maximize their collegiate experience.

This year, FastStart will take place from Sunday, June 26 through Friday, July 29, 2016.
